There may be times where it is suggested to grant HeyBuddy access to your Salesforce org in order to effectively troubleshoot errors. Your Salesforce Admin should follow these steps to grant limited access to the HeyBuddy organization.
Click on your name, top right.
Click on Settings.
On Left side, click on My Personal Information.
Click on Grant Account Login Access.
Next to Launch Dynamic Media, select 1 Week (unless otherwise recommended by HeyBuddy) and save.
